Job summary

Lumen is seeking a Sr. Lead, GTM Growth Platforms to drive data and tooling capabilities powering marketing and GTM motions at scale. You will work across Marketing, Revenue, Product, and Marketing Operations to translate business opportunities into scalable technical solutions.

Preferred candidates have strong data architecture thinking, experience with martech/CRM systems, and a growth-minded, proactive approach to building new capabilities from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of relevant experience in technical product management, GTM and/or marketing technology, data and analytics, or related disciplines.
• Proven ability translating complex business objectives into scalable data and tooling solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Integrated Demand & GTM team to gather requirements and activate data and tooling capabilities.
• Lead development for customer growth tooling, including next-best-action engine and integrated GTM capabilities.
• Develop a reliable tracking system to connect GTM growth strategies to marketing funnel metrics.
