Job summary

Lumen Technologies is seeking a Sr. Lead, GTM Growth Platforms to unify business priorities with data and tooling to scale marketing and GTM motions. You will translate opportunities into scalable data solutions across Marketing, Revenue, Product and Marketing Operations.

The role demands strong data/technical expertise, proficiency with martech/CRM, enterprise architecture thinking, and collaborative leadership to drive measurable outcomes in a fast-moving AI-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of relevant experience in technical product management, technical program management, GTM/marketing tech, data and analytics.
• Proven experience translating complex business objectives into scalable data/technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Integrated Demand and GTM team to design and activate priority data and tooling capabilities to scale growth.
• Lead technical requirements and development for customer growth tooling, including next-best-action engine.
• Develop a reliable tracking system to connect GTM strategies with marketing funnel metrics.
