Job summary

Lumen, a trusted network provider for AI-powered workloads, seeks a Sr. Lead, GTM Growth Platforms to unify data and tooling for scalable marketing and GTM motions. You’ll partner with Marketing, Revenue, Product, and Operations to deliver measurable customer and revenue outcomes.

You will drive next-best-action capabilities, enable AI-enabled GTM advances, and build a data-driven culture with strong analytical rigor and enterprise architecture thinking.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to translate complex business objectives into scalable data and/or technical solutions.
• Experience with martech and CRM systems in enterprise environments.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to drive outcomes in ambiguous domains and structure problems effectively.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Integrated Demand and GTM teams to gather requirements and design data/tools.
• Lead technical requirements and development for customer growth tooling, including next-best-action engine.
• Develop a reliable tracking system linking GTM strategies to marketing funnel metrics.
• Identify opportunities for deeper integration of demand gen and GTM systems through automation.
