Job summary
Decagon is seeking a GTM Enablement Manager, a founding member of our GTM Productivity team, to design and operationalize high-impact programs that ramp talent, boost field productivity, and scale GTM execution.
You will partner with sellers and sales leaders, build onboarding and ongoing development, and collaborate with GTM, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to translate strategy into field impact. This is a high-visibility, high-ownership role with direct influence on how Decagon grows.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in GTM enablement or revenue-focused roles in modern SaaS.
- Strong field and customer-facing experience.
- Proven ability to translate seller needs into practical solutions.
- Strong program management and cross-functional skills.
- Ability to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
Responsibilities
- Partner shoulder-to-shoulder with sellers and sales leaders to address field needs.
- Build and scale onboarding and ongoing development programs.
- Drive field performance with training, content, and certifications.
- Collaborate cross-functionally across GTM, Marketing, Product, and Engineering.
- Adapt and extend programs as we scale using AI and new approaches.
