Job summary

Sysdig is seeking a senior enablement leader to own the GTM enablement charter, build onboarding and certification for new-hire GTM roles, and drive adoption of MEDDPICC and other sales methodologies. You will manage the enablement tech stack, including LMS and AI-native tools, and partner with Sales, CS, RevOps, and Product Marketing to tie enablement to pipeline and retention.

You will measure progress with leading and lagging indicators, optimize ramp time and win rate, and demonstrate impact

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in sales, revenue, or GTM enablement with program-building experience
• Proven ability to design and implement measurement frameworks
• Hands-on fluency with GTM enablement tools (LMS, content platforms) and AI-native tools
• Experience reinforcing sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Command of the Message)
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across Sales, CS, RevOps, and Product Marketing
• Builder mindset: charter definition and adoption-based metrics focus

Responsibilities

• Author enablement charter and operating model with sign-off from Sales, CS, and RevOps leadership.
• Own onboarding and certification framework for GTM roles, plus ongoing recertification cadence.
• Drive adoption of MEDDPICC and coach managers on day-to-day usage; coordinate GTM moments (SKO, product launches).
• Own enablement tech stack (LMS, conversation intelligence) and drive AI-native工具 adoption (e.g., Clay, Claude).
• Build and maintain enablement KPI scorecard covering training, certification, ramp time, and win rate.
• Partner with Product Marketing, RevOps, and Sales/CS leadership to align enablement with pipeline and retention priorities.
