Job summary

Basis, a NYC-based AI-powered sales enablement company, is hiring a Manager of GTM Enablement to run onboarding cohorts, the content library, certifications, and the live training cadence for AEs, BDRs, and partner-facing teams.

This builder’s role involves writing playbooks, running sessions, reviewing real calls in Gong, and coaching reps and managers to accelerate time-to-competence. You’ll partner with product, marketing, and RevOps to keep content current and measure impact on win rates.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in sales enablement, sales training, or quota-carrying roles in B2B software.
• Experience building onboarding, certifications, playbooks, and live training.
• Strong facilitation and credibility with sellers.

Responsibilities

• Run onboarding and ramp programs end to end for new hires.
• Build and maintain playbooks, battlecards, talk tracks, and the content library.
• Train on discovery, demos, objections, and new product releases.
• Coach on real calls and review Gong recordings.
• Certify readiness with product knowledge and discovery quality checks.
• Keep content current with product launches and field messaging.
• Measure ramp time, pass rates, and impact on win rates.
