Job summary

Grace Hill is seeking a GTM Engineer to join the Revenue Operations team. This hands-on role blends engineering with GTM strategy to automate integrations and internal tools across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.

You’ll design, build, implement, and maintain solutions that speed our revenue engine in a B2B SaaS setting, with a focus on reliability and scale. The ideal candidate has full-stack engineering experience, RevOps or Sales Engineering background, and familiarity with

Qualifications

• Background in full-stack software engineering or systems development.
• Experience supporting revenue teams in a B2B SaaS environment (RevOps, Sales Engineering preferred).
• Hands-on experience with enrichment/orchestration platforms such as Clay or comparable.

Responsibilities

• Build GTM automation and workflows across marketing, sales, and CS tech stack to remove manual work.
• Create live product usage and account health signals for Sales/CS.
• Automate handoffs between GTM functions to preserve context.
• Develop dynamic account scoring and whitespace mapping for prioritization.
• Leverage AI/LLM tooling to accelerate lead-to-action workflows.
• Maintain data hygiene and system architecture across the GTM stack.
• Monitor integrations and provide technical support for automations.
