Job summary

RevOps Careers is seeking a GTM Engineer in New York, NY (onsite) to own and scale our revenue technology ecosystem. You will partner with executive leadership to design, automate, and optimize systems powering growth.

You will connect Salesforce, Clay, Gong, Apollo, 6sense, and marketing automation tools, ensuring clean data, reliable reporting, and scalable workflows across the business.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce admin and automation experience.
• Experience building Clay workflows (certified preferred).
• Experience with GTM technologies and APIs/integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the Salesforce environment, including workflows, automations, reporting, and forecasting.
• Build and manage Clay enrichment workflows, lead scoring models, and AI-powered GTM processes.
• Connect and automate systems using APIs, webhooks, and low-code platforms such as n8n or Make.
• Develop executive reporting around pipeline health, conversion metrics, forecasting, and revenue performance.
• Improve data quality, attribution, lead routing, and operational efficiency across the GTM organization.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to build a best-in-class revenue technology stack.
