Job summary

Grace Hill, a leader in revenue operations for multifamily and commercial real estate, seeks a GTM Engineer to join the Revenue Operations team. The role blends engineering, data, and GTM strategy to automate processes, orchestrate integrations, and build internal tools that speed up the GTM engine.

You will design and implement automation across CRM, marketing automation, data enrichment, and service platforms, with a focus on scalable, maintainable solutions and proactive learning in AI

Qualifications

• Experience with automation, APIs, and backend integrations.
• Experience using AI/LLM APIs to design/build/maintain automations and workflows.
• Familiarity with GTM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, ZoomInfo, ChurnZero, CPQ, Slack).
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language (TypeScript, Python, JavaScript) and SQL.
• Ability to translate imperfect data into reliable, maintainable solutions.
• Comfort working cross-functionally to ship high-impact technical solutions.
• Curiosity about AI capabilities and ongoing learning.

Responsibilities

• Build GTM automation and workflows across marketing, sales, and CS tech stack.
• Own integrations to remove manual work for revenue teams.
• Provide on-demand visibility into product usage and health signals.
• Automate handoffs between Marketing, Sales, CS, and Support.
• Develop account scoring and whitespace mapping to prioritize expansion.
• Leverage AI/LLM tooling to speed up sales lead actions.
• Maintain data quality and GTM stack architecture.
• Monitor integrations and provide first-line technical support.
• Document workflows for RevOps and GTM teams.
