Gorgias is seeking a RevOps Engineer to build and automate GTM workflows and tooling across marketing, sales, implementation, and CX. You will ship end-to-end solutions, redesign lead routing, and maintain data hygiene in the CRM environment.

You will own integrations (HubSpot, Vitally, Partnerstack, Slack, Gmail, Calendar) and develop AI-assisted automations to empower GTM teams with actionable dashboards and metrics.

Qualifikationen

• Own GTM tooling integrations: HubSpot, Vitally, Partnerstack, Slack, Gmail, Calendar, Granola, and internal data systems.
• Redesign lead/opportunity workflows and roll out improvements directly with end users, driving adoption — not just deployment.
• Own HubSpot as the system of record: entity definitions (company/contact/lead), dedup, and routing logic so enterprise outbound hits clean data.
• Translate operational and CRM data into decision-ready dashboards and metrics — built so leadership (and you) can act on them.
