Job summary

Emergence seeks a RevOps Engineer to own the GTM systems across its portfolio. You will transform each company's CRM, data, and sales processes into a connected, automated stack, enabling faster onboarding for new acquisitions. This role emphasizes ops-first mindset and scalable playbooks.

Expected to work remotely with a focus on integrating Salesforce or HubSpot, APIs, and AI-assisted coding to continuously improve data quality and sync reliability across platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in RevOps or GTM engineering with hands-on builds.
• Deep Salesforce or HubSpot expertise; quick to ramp on others.
• Daily AI-assisted building with Python and SQL to fix its code.
• Hands-on with APIs, webhooks, MCPs, and fixing broken syncs.

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM systems that run across our portfolio, turning disparate CRMs into a connected stack.
• Configure CRM, marketing automation, and CPQ: fields, pipelines, permissions, imports, deduplication.
• Integrate systems via APIs, webhooks, MCPs, cron jobs, and manage auth and sync fixes.
• Map processes before building and document each build as a reusable playbook.
