Job summary

Lean Layer LLC is seeking an experienced GTM Specialist to design, build, and optimize demand orchestration and outbound prospecting for B2B clients. You’ll integrate Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, and modern automation tools, delivering scalable solutions that reduce manual work and accelerate revenue growth.

You’ll work across client projects, advise on technology choices, and implement end-to-end workflows from data sourcing to routing and measurement, with a focus on adoption and measurable

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in GTM Engineering, Marketing Ops, Revenue or Sales Ops.
• Proven experience building lead management, routing, enrichment, and outbound automation in B2B.
• Strong Salesforce and HubSpot config, workflows, and integrations.
• Advanced Clay experience with enrichment waterfalls and automated workflows.
• Experience with sales engagement platforms like Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo.
• Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make).
• Experience building AI/LLM workflows for GTM automation.
• Ability to explain technical decisions to clients and manage implementations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement lead lifecycle, scoring, routing, and handoff processes.
• Build outbound and prospecting infrastructure with data sourcing and enrichment.
• Connect sales engagement platforms and buying signal providers.
• Create automated workflows for qualification, routing, and follow-up.
• Use AI to replace repetitive sales/marketing work.
• Monitor integrations and improve data quality and reliability.
• Work with clients to understand GTM processes and requirements.
