Boulevard Labs, Inc. is hiring a GTM Engineer to architect and scale automation for outbound prospecting, enrichment, and routing across Salesforce, Clay, LeanData, Gong, and Outreach.

You will design AI-driven enrichment, GPT-based personalization, and scalable data flows to drive demos per rep and faster pipeline generation. The role focuses on hands-on systems building, AI/automation strategy, and close partnership with Revenue Operations to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

3–5 years in GTM Operations, Revenue Ops, Sales Ops or technical automation in B2B SaaS.
Hands-on building standalone internal tools/applications; Claude Code helpful.
Experience scaling a B2B GTM org with outbound motion and fast sales cycle.
Deep Salesforce CRM architecture knowledge; admin exp preferred.
Direct experience with Clay and LeanData workflows.
Familiar with automation tools like Zapier, Workato, N8N.
Experience with Gong and Outreach or similar tools.
Strong systems thinking for scalable automation and reporting.
Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own automation workflows across Salesforce, Clay, LeanData, Gong, and Outreach for outbound prospecting and lifecycle management.
Design AI-driven enrichment workflows in Clay with custom prompt logic for SMB data extraction.
Define GPT-driven outbound personalization to boost seller efficiency and demos per rep.
Maintain integrations across GTM systems for real-time data flow and scalability.
Improve routing, enrichment standards, and scoring to support a growing GTM org.
Leverage Gong transcripts to automate call insights into Salesforce for better handoffs.
Identify and automate manual GTM processes to reduce rep lift.
Monitor, alert, and handle errors in integration workflows for reliability.
Define governance for data enrichment and hygiene with Revenue Ops.
Collaborate with Revenue Enablement to automate call scoring and coaching insights.
Document processes and create SOPs; support rollout of new workflows.
Surface automation opportunities tied to SDR productivity and pipeline growth.
