Zusammenfassung

Lean Layer LLC seeks an experienced GTM specialist to design, build, and improve how client pipelines are managed, forecast revenue, and run sales organizations. You’ll work directly with CROs and RevOps teams to analyze processes, challenge assumptions, and implement practical, simple solutions that scale across multiple B2B clients.

You’ll contribute to building Salesforce workflows, forecasting cadences, and territory/quota planning while leveraging automation and AI to reduce manual work.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations, focused on pipeline management and forecasting.
• Experience designing and implementing sales processes and forecasting systems in B2B environments.
• Advanced Salesforce experience with CRM configuration, flows, reports and dashboards.
• Proficiency with Excel/Sheets for forecasting, capacity planning, territory and quota modeling.

Aufgaben

• Design and implement sales processes, opportunity stages, and pipeline management workflows.
• Configure Salesforce or HubSpot to support opportunity management and data capture.
• Build automated workflows to flag stalled opportunities and data gaps.
• Lead client projects from discovery to handover and deliver practical sales operating solutions.
• Contribute to Lean Layer’s development of forecasting and sales planning templates and best practices.
