Job summary

Basware is seeking a GTM Engineer to design and build automations and integrations across the marketing and RevOps stack. You will own GTM systems architecture, integrate Salesforce, HubSpot, Asana, and AI tools, and partner with Marketing Operations, Growth Marketing, and IT to turn strategy into scalable, reliable workflows.

This hands-on senior role requires judgment, stakeholder management, and the ability to balance speed, scale, and data quality.

Qualifications

• GTM systems architecture ownership and roadmap delivery.

Responsibilities

• GTM Systems Architecture & Integration: design, build, and maintain automations and integrations across marketing and sales stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Asana, Clay, attribution platforms).
• AI‑Assisted Campaign Creation: build agentic workflows for campaign creation end to end using AI tools and MCP connectors.
• ABM Personalization at Scale: design workflows that generate personalized ABM content and outreach.
• Asana Project & Database Enrichment: automate project and data syncing across GTM stack for real‑time visibility.
• Cross-System Data Flow & Reporting Infrastructure: ensure data flows into analytics tools for accurate pipeline measurement.
• Governance, Experimentation & Iteration: run technical experiments and flag risks within AI governance.
