Job summary

SNAP, Inc. seeks a GTM Architect to conceive, drive, and ship core systems powering small-customer advertiser growth. You will own end-to-end delivery across product, engineering, and sales to deliver measurable outcomes.

Bring deep technical fluency with CRM, BigQuery, Ads APIs, and related data platforms; craft personalization workflows and cross-channel outreach while mentoring peers and shaping team standards.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and shipping automation systems in a GTM context.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising workflows and advertiser journeys.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into measurable business impact.
• Evidence of working with cross-functional teams and complex data systems.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and spearhead end-to-end projects for long-tail advertisers.
• Build and ship systems that integrate CRM, BigQuery, Ads APIs, and data platforms.
• Develop personalization workflows and multi-channel outreach.
• Automate processes, improve observability, and drive faster decision-making.
• Collaborate with Sales, BI, Finance, Product, and Engineering; mentor peers.
