Job summary

Snap Inc. is hiring a SMC GTM Architect in Palo Alto, CA to own end-to-end systems powering Snapchat's small-customer advertiser growth.

You will work across product, engineering, and sales to ship platforms that enable unified account context and personalized outreach. The role requires strong Python/SQL, experience with CRM and data platforms, and knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, and model lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Analytics, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years designing and deploying automation systems, preferably in a GTM context.
• Experience building and shipping production applications or working prototypes.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of segments or workflows within the full-funnel strategy for long-tail advertisers.
• Build and ship systems that integrate CRM, BigQuery, Ads APIs, and other data platforms.
• Develop multi-channel outreach across in-product, email, and partner surfaces.
• Drive automation, observability, and data hygiene to accelerate decision-making.
