Snap Inc. seeks an experienced SMC GTM Architect—an individual contributor who conceptualizes, spearheads, and ships core systems powering growth for its small‑customer advertiser segment.

You’ll work end‑to‑end with product, engineering, and sales to deliver measurable business outcomes. You'll own segments end‑to‑end, build systems linking CRM, BigQuery, Ads APIs, and other data platforms, develop personalization workflows, and drive cross‑functional collaboration with Sales, BI, Finance,

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Analytics, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years designing and deploying automation systems, preferably in a GTM context.
• Experience building and shipping production applications or working prototypes.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of segments or workflows within full-funnel strategy for long-tail advertisers, leading projects end-to-end.
• Build and ship systems that integrate CRM, BigQuery, Ads APIs, and data platforms for unified account context.
• Develop multi-channel outreach across in-product, email, and partner surfaces with measurable impact.
• Create personalization workflows for product recommendations, optimizations, and triggers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Revenue/Advertiser Growth, BI, Finance, Product, and Engineering.
• Mentor peers, contribute to team standards, and communicate progress to leadership.
