Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking a senior GTM automation architect to own end-to-end workflows for long-tail advertisers.

You will build systems that stitch CRM, BigQuery, and Ads APIs, delivering personalized, timely product recommendations and triggers across multiple channels. The role requires translating technical capabilities into measurable revenue and efficiency gains, while collaborating with Sales, Revenue, BI, Finance, Product, and Engineering.

Qualifications

• 8+ years designing and deploying automation systems, preferably in a GTM context.
• Experience building and shipping production applications or working prototypes.
• Experience with Python, SQL, or equivalent tools.
• Experience operating in high-growth, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of specific segments or workflows within the full-funnel strategy for long-tail advertisers.
• Build and ship systems that integrate CRM, BigQuery, Ads APIs, and other data platforms.
• Build personalization workflows delivering product recommendations and triggers to advertisers.
• Develop multi-channel outreach across in-product, email, and partner surfaces.
• Bring together behavioral, contextual, and performance data to power personalization and decisioning.
• Drive operational excellence through automation and reusable tools and APIs.
• Identify efficiencies and raise concerns with limited guidance from leadership.
• Foster cross-functional relationships to align on use cases, KPIs, and impact.
• Mentor peers and help shape team standards and culture.
• Communicate progress and outcomes clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
