Job summary

Snap Inc. in California is seeking an experienced SMC GTM Architect to own end-to-end GTM workflows for long-tail advertisers. You will design and ship systems that integrate CRM, BigQuery, Ads APIs, enabling unified account context and cross-system coordination.

You will develop personalization strategies, build multi-channel outreach, and collaborate across Sales, BI, Finance, Product, and Engineering to drive measurable revenue and efficiency while mentoring peers.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Analytics, CS, or related field.
• 8+ years designing and deploying automation systems.
• Experience building/ shipping production apps or prototypes.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of full-funnel segments/workflows for long-tail advertisers.
• Build systems integrating CRM, BigQuery, Ads APIs for unified context.
• Develop multi-channel outreach across in-product, email, and partner surfaces.
• Bring together behavioral, contextual, and performance data for personalization and targeting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, BI, Finance, Product, and Engineering.
