Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking a Sales and Operations Advisor to deliver a great customer experience by guiding buyers through vehicle selection, financing options, and the purchase process. You will support dealership operations, open/close, cash handling, inventory management, and compliance.

The role offers a starting salary of $53,000 per year plus sales incentives, opportunities for advancement, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), tuition

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or bachelors preferred OR equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of related work experience with proven success in driving sales performance.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record for the previous 3 years.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass a drug test and a background check.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with customers interested in purchasing a vehicle, guiding them through DriveTime processes.
• Manage the full sales cycle by making sales calls and converting visits into completed sales.
• Open/close the store, cash handling, sales, nurture activities, inventory audits, and administrative tasks.
• Maintain expert knowledge of dealership inventory and financing options.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver a world-class customer experience and participate in training.
