DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking a Sales and Operations Advisor to engage customers, match them with the right vehicle and financing options, and support dealership operations while maintaining compliance and delivering a high-quality customer experience.

You will help drive sales by managing the full sales cycle, handling inventory and administrative tasks, and collaborating with the team to create a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelor's preferred.
• 3+ years of sales and retail operations experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer interactions to identify vehicle and financing options.
• Open/close store, cash handling, sales, nurture activities, and administrative tasks.
• Maintain knowledge of dealership inventory, website, financing options, and sales processes.
