Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking a Sales and Operations Advisor to engage customers, guide them to the right vehicle and financing options, and close sales. You will manage store operations, inventory, and compliance to ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, multi-phase growth through Levels0–4, and ongoing training. A competitive benefits package and a stable, family-oriented culture accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED; associate or bachelor’s preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of related work experience.
• Minimum 3 years in sales and retail operations with proven sales performance.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record for the previous 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with customers interested in purchasing a vehicle and guide them through DriveTime processes.
• Manage full sales cycle by making sales calls to secure appointments and convert visits into sales.
• Perform operational duties including opening/closing the store, cash handling, inventory management, and documentation.
• Maintain knowledge of dealership inventory, website, financing options, and related sales processes.
• Continuously develop sales competencies, including negotiation and customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and effective work environment.
