DriveTime Family of Brands is hiring a Sales and Operations Advisor to engage customers, match them with vehicles and financing, and support dealership operations. You will guide prospects through the sales cycle, schedule and convert visits to sales, and help maintain inventory, compliance, and customer experience at the dealership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or bachelors preferred OR equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of related work experience in sales and retail operations.
• Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record for the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Build strong partnerships with customers interested in purchasing a vehicle and guide them through DriveTime processes.
• Manage the full sales cycle by making calls to secure appointments and convert visits to sales.
• Handle store opening/closing, cash handling, sales, and inventory-related duties; document and tag vehicles.
