Job summary

DriveTime is seeking a Sales and Operations Advisor to deliver a world-class customer experience by matching customers with the right vehicle, inventory, and financing options. You will support dealership operations and ensure consistent, high-quality service across the sales process.

The role offers opportunities for progression through multiple levels while focusing on customer engagement, operations, and ongoing training to build a strong, high-performing team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related work experience in sales and retail operations.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record for the previous 3 years.
• High School Diploma or GED; associates/bachelors preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass drug/background checks.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with customers and guide them through the DriveTime process.
• Manage full sales cycle: calls, schedule appointments, convert visits to sales.
• Perform operational tasks: opening/closing, cash handling, inventory, audits, admin.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory, financing options, and post-sale activities.
• Support team and deliver world-class customer experience.
