Job summary

DriveTime is hiring a Sales and Operations Advisor to connect customers with the right vehicle and financing options. You will manage the full sales cycle, assist with store operations, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.

The role emphasizes ongoing training, teamwork, and multi-phase progression through levels as you grow in sales and leadership within our dealership network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associates or bachelor’s preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of related sales and retail operations experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for the past 3 years.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass drug and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with customers expressing interest in purchasing a vehicle.
• Lead the full sales cycle: calls, appointments, and converting visits into sales.
• Perform store opening/closing, cash handling, inventory management, and documentation.
• Maintain expert knowledge of inventory, financing options, and sales processes.
• Deliver world-class customer experiences and support dealership operations.
• Support onboarding and development of new Sales and Operations Advisors.
• Uphold company directives and participate in continuous training and certifications.
