Job summary

S&ME is seeking a Practice Leader for Electrical Transmission & Distribution to drive growth and market expansion across our footprint. You will shape strategy, identify opportunities, and pair them with our environmental, civil, geotechnical engineering and testing services.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, mentor staff, and build long-term client partnerships while ensuring project quality and safety. This is a senior, full-time role with significant growth potential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record driving revenue growth in E&T&D or related markets.
• Strong network in the Power & Utilities sector.
• 10+ years in project/program or market leadership roles.
• Proven ability to win and deliver opportunities for multiple clients.
• PE license is a plus
• PMP is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for E&T&D services.
• Identify new business opportunities to exceed revenue targets.
• Build and grow key client relationships locally and nationally.
• Collaborate with local operations to expand existing client relationships.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Drive quality, safety, and client satisfaction on projects.
• Stay ahead of market trends and technologies.
