Job summary

S&ME seeks a Practice Leader for Electrical Transmission & Distribution to drive growth and market expansion across a broad service portfolio including environmental, civil, geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing.

You will build key client relationships at local and national levels, mentor multidisciplinary teams, and lead delivery excellence in safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven success driving revenue growth within Electrical Transmission & Distribution markets.
• Strong network and client relationships in Power & Utilities.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in projects/programs.
• PE license a plus; PMP certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for Electrical Transmission & Distribution services.
• Establish and grow key client relationships locally and nationally.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and client satisfaction goals.
