S&ME is seeking a highly motivated Practice Leader to expand and lead the Electrical Transmission & Distribution market across the organization. This role blends strategic growth, client relationship development, and national-level leadership to drive revenue, shape project execution, and build high-performing teams.

The position is flexible within the S&ME footprint and requires a seasoned engineer with business acumen.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in project or market leadership roles.
• Strong network in Power & Utilities sector.
• PE license is a plus; PMP is a plus.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic growth plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for Electrical Transmission & Distribution.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet revenue targets.
• Build and grow key client relationships locally and nationally.
• Mentor multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
