Job summary

S&ME is seeking a Practice Leader to drive growth in Electrical Transmission & Distribution across the organization. Location is flexible within the S&ME footprint, with responsibilities to build client partnerships and lead high-performing teams.

The role focuses on expanding revenue in the Energy Market and coordinating with environmental, civil, and geotechnical services to support utility and private clients. Leadership and strategic vision are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in project or market leadership roles.
• Strong network and client relationships in the Power & Utilities sector.
• Proven track record of winning and delivering opportunities in Electrical Transmission & Distribution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the Electrical Transmission & Distribution market.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet revenue targets.
• Establish and grow key client relationships at local and national levels.
• Mentor multidisciplinary teams and build capabilities to scale.
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and client satisfaction while staying ahead of market trends.
