Job summary

S&ME is seeking a Practice Leader for Electrical Transmission & Distribution to drive growth and market expansion across our environmental, civil, geotechnical, and testing services. You will build and lead multidisciplinary teams, mentor leaders, and establish strong client relationships at local and national levels.

The role emphasizes delivering high-quality solutions, staying ahead of market trends, and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability within a large engineering firm.

Qualifications

• Proven success driving revenue growth in Electrical Transmission & Distribution or similar markets.
• Strong network and client relationships in the Power & Utilities sector.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in project/program or market leadership roles.
• PE license and PMP credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for Electrical Transmission & Distribution.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet revenue targets across core services.
• Establish and grow key client relationships at local and national levels.
• Collaborate with local operations to expand existing client relationships.
• Leverage industry presence to position S&ME as a trusted partner.
• Deliver exceptional client experiences that drive repeat business.
