Job summary

S&ME is seeking a motivated Practice Leader to expand and guide growth in Electrical Transmission & Distribution across the organization. Location is flexible within the S&ME footprint.

You will drive growth, build client partnerships, and develop high-performing teams in a fast-changing market, leveraging your network in the Power & Utilities sector and a track record of winning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven success driving revenue growth in Electrical Transmission & Distribution or similar markets.
• Strong network and client relationships in the Power & Utilities sector.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in projects/programs or markets.
• Track record of winning and delivering opportunities for multiple clients.
• PE license a plus; PMP certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for Electrical Transmission & Distribution.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet revenue targets.
• Build and expand key client relationships at local and national levels.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Foster collaboration, accountability, and growth across the organization.
