S&ME, Inc. is seeking a Practice Leader for Electrical Transmission & Distribution to drive growth across the organization.

You will shape our presence in a high-demand market by leading revenue initiatives, building client partnerships, and developing high-performing teams. The role emphasizes strategic growth, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering excellence in environmental, civil, geotechnical, and QA services for utility and private clients.

Qualifications

• Proven success driving revenue growth within Electrical Transmission & Distribution or similar markets.
• Strong network and client relationships in the Power & Utilities sector.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in project/program or market leadership roles.
• Track record of winning and delivering opportunities for multiple clients in the electrical transmission & distribution market.
• PE license and/or PMP certification are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the Electrical Transmission & Distribution market.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to exceed revenue targets.
• Establish and grow key client relationships at local and national levels.
• Collaborate with local operations to expand existing client relationships and market presence.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth.
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and client satisfaction standards.
• Stay ahead of market trends and champion continuous improvement.
