Job summary

S&ME is seeking a Practice Leader for Electrical Transmission & Distribution to guide growth, build client partnerships, and lead multidisciplinary teams across geotechnical, environmental, civil, and testing services.

Based anywhere in the S&ME footprint, this full-time role emphasizes market expansion, high-quality project delivery, and shaping the firm’s presence in the Power & Utilities sector.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive experience in project/program or market leadership roles.
Strong network and client relationships in the Power & Utilities sector.
Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for Electrical Transmission & Distribution.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve and exceed revenue targets within the market for environmental, civil, geotechnical engineering, testing services and inspections.
Establish and grow key client relationships at local and national levels.
Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Ensure projects are executed with a focus on quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
