You will set strategy and ensure high‑quality, safe project delivery for local and national clients.

With 10+ years in leadership and a PE/PMP being a plus, you will accelerate market expansion while nurturing a collaborative culture at S&ME.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in project, program, or market leadership roles.
• Proven track record winning/delivering opportunities in electrical transmission & distribution.
• Power & Utilities network and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic growth plan for the Electrical Transmission & Distribution services.
• Establish and grow key client relationships at local and national levels.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
