The role focuses on revenue generation, client partnerships, and building high-performing teams across environmental, civil, geotechnical, and testing services. Based in a flexible location within the S&ME footprint, this senior leader will shape strategy, expand national client relationships, and lead initiatives to stay ahead of market

Qualifications

• 10+ years progressive experience in project/program or market leadership roles.
• PE license is a plus.
• PMP is a plus.
• Strong network in the Power & Utilities sector.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the Electrical Transmission & Distribution market.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet revenue targets.
• Establish and grow key client relationships at local and national levels.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions and ensure safety and client satisfaction.
