S&ME Inc. is seeking a motivated Practice Leader for Electrical Transmission & Distribution to steer growth across our footprint. You will shape strategy, drive revenue, and build high-performing teams while expanding client partnerships in a dynamic market.

The role emphasizes leadership, market expansion, and delivering complex geotechnical, civil, environmental, and testing services through a strong client focus and collaborative culture.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in project/program or market leadership roles.
• Strong network and client relationships in Power & Utilities sector.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus; PMP is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for Electrical Transmission & Distribution.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Establish and grow key client relationships at local and national levels.
• Mentor multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions and scale capabilities.
