Job summary

S&ME Inc. seeks a motivated Practice Leader to drive growth in the Electrical Transmission & Distribution market across the organization. Flexible within the S&ME footprint, you will lead strategic initiatives, build client partnerships, and develop high-performing teams.

As a senior leader, you will guide service delivery across our environmental, civil, and geotechnical capabilities to support utility and private clients, delivering value and market leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in project or market leadership roles.
• Proven track record of winning and delivering opportunities within Electrical Transmission & Distribution or similar markets.
• Strong network and client relationships in the Power & Utilities sector.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or PMP credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the Electrical Transmission & Distribution market.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets across core services.
• Establish and grow key client relationships at local and national levels.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
