Job summary

S&ME Inc. is seeking a Practice Leader for Electrical Transmission & Distribution to drive growth, shape market presence, and lead high-performing teams.

This role offers flexibility within the S&ME footprint and calls for strategic partnership development with local and national clients. Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in leadership, a PE license is a plus, and a proven track record in delivering complex projects across geotechnical, environmental, civil, and construction materials testing

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in project/program or market leadership roles.
• Proven success driving revenue growth within Electrical Transmission & Distribution or similar markets.
• Strong network and client relationships in Power & Utilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for Electrical Transmission & Distribution.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Establish and grow key client relationships locally and nationally.
• Mentor and lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Foster collaboration and growth across operations to scale the practice.
