S&ME, Inc. is seeking a Practice Leader for Electrical Transmission & Distribution to drive growth, lead strategic initiatives, and build strong client relationships across the organization.

The role emphasizes leadership, business development, and delivery of technically excellent projects in a dynamic market. The candidate will manage cross-disciplinary teams, collaborate with local operations, and advance the firm’s presence in the energy sector while ensuring client satisfaction and ongoing

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in project/program or market leadership roles.
• Proven success driving revenue growth in Electrical Transmission & Distribution or similar markets.
• Strong network and client relationships in the Power & Utilities sector.
• PE license is a plus; PMP is a plus.
