S&ME Inc. is seeking a motivated Practice Leader for Electrical Transmission & Distribution to drive growth, expand our presence, and lead high-performing teams across our footprint.

The role emphasizes revenue growth, client relationship development, and strategic leadership in a rapidly evolving market. You will develop strategic plans, pursue new business opportunities, and collaborate with local operations to maximize client value while ensuring quality and safety in project delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in project/program or market leadership roles.
• Proven track record of winning and delivering opportunities in Power & Utilities or similar markets.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus.
• Strong network and client relationships in the Power & Utilities sector.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the Electrical Transmission & Distribution market.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Establish and grow key client relationships at local and national levels.
• Collaborate with local operations and expand existing client relationships.
• Leverage your network to position S&ME as a trusted partner.
• Mentor and lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Deliver exceptional client experiences that lead to repeat business.
