DriveTime is hiring a Sales and Operations Advisor to deliver outstanding customer interactions by matching needs with the right vehicle and financing options. You’ll support dealership operations, ensure compliance, and help deliver a consistent high-quality customer experience across the DriveTime family of brands.

The role involves leading the sales cycle, opening/closing the store, cash handling, inventory management, and teamwork to drive results.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or bachelors preferred OR equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of related work experience in sales and retail operations.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for the previous 3 years.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass a drug test and a background check.

Responsabilidades

• Build partnerships with customers through DriveTime processes.
• Manage the full sales cycle: calls to secure appointments and convert visits.
• Open/close the store, cash handling, inventory and administrative tasks.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory, financing options, and sales processes.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience and introduce DriveTime family.
• Train new hires and support onboarding.
• Progress through levels 0–4 with increasing responsibility.
