DriveTime Family of Brands is hiring a Sales and Operations Advisor to enhance customer interactions by understanding needs and matching them with the right vehicle, inventory, and financing options. You will help customers complete purchases or outline next steps and support dealership operations to ensure a high-quality experience.

The role involves engaging customers, managing the full sales cycle, and maintaining compliance across daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Requires strong customer-facing skills and ability to guide buyers to the right vehicle and financing options.
• Experience managing end-to-end sales processes and appointments.
• Strong operational capabilities: opening/closing, cash handling, inventory checks, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Build strong partnerships with customers interested in purchasing a vehicle and guide them through DriveTime processes.
• Manage full sales cycle: make calls, secure appointments, and convert visits into sales.
• Execute dealership operations tasks: open/close store, cash handling, inventory audits, and documentation.
• Maintain expert knowledge of inventory, website, financing options, and post-sale activities.
