Qualifications

• Experience working with distributors such as Avnet, Arrow, or TTI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales and profitability through channel management while maintaining strong distributor/customer satisfaction.
• Develop and execute distribution sales strategies with distributors and internal teams.
• Collaborate with distributor HQ, branch offices and sales reps to drive demand creation.
• Support design-in and reference design initiatives; expand business with indirect sales channels.
• Coordinate with distributor HQ to establish and implement annual business plans and growth initiatives.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs through indirect channels.
• Monitor key sales metrics and take remedial actions as needed.
• Provide product positioning, application guidance, and commercial support.
• Build and maintain long-term, growth-oriented relationships with distribution partners.
• Review distributor performance and pipeline to assess growth potential.
