Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of experience leading business development and regional sales.
• Proven history of revenue growth of 10% or greater annually.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and company goals.
• Plan, develop, and manage the Rep Organization, Inside Sales, Channel Sales for revenue growth.
• Support and manage manufacturers’ representatives with sales direction, training, and pipeline visibility.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and tie initiatives to revenue growth.
• Prepare sales reports and KPI data for upper management.
• Monitor performance against goals and forecast accuracy.
• Recruit, coach, and train personnel to maintain high customer service standards.
