Sales Account Manager – Electronic Manufacturing

Location: near Columbus, OH (about 20 minutes north of Columbus)

Job Type: Full-Time

Typical Hours: M-F, 8am-5pm

Travel: 10% domestic (most clients in the Midwest or South-Central US)

Experience: 5+ years in manufacturing or distribution sales required.

Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 per year (base, no commission).

Our client, an electronic manufacturer, is looking for an Account Manager to replace a retiring colleague. In this role you will deliver technical presentations, collaborate with engineers, build relationships with existing accounts, and identify new sales opportunities. The product line serves about 80% OEMs and 20% distribution. Typical deal sizes are $50‑200k annually, with largest accounts up to $1.5M.
