Fortra is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to drive growth through lead generation and outreach. You will collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to sustain a steady stream of qualified prospects from both inbound and outbound campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation for new software and services.
• Calling campaigns targeted towards new customer acquisition.
• Cross-sell referrals.
• Manage current customer license transfer and upgrade communication, negotiation, and processing.
• Set-up product overview demos for customers needing education on their licensed software
• Continuously refine and improve business analysis processes to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
