Job summary

The Adecco Group is hiring a Branch Manager in the United States. The role focuses on growing new clients, expanding relationships, and driving branch P&L while delivering excellent service to candidates and clients.

You will recruit, train, and develop the branch team, manage budgets, and set pay/bill rates. Strong leadership, strategic planning, and sales experience are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two year’s direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization is preferred.
• One year of supervisory / management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; establish plans to grow and win back clients.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met; maintain high client satisfaction.
• Train, coach, and mentor branch staff; drive performance against KPIs.
• Manage branch P&L, budgeting, and cost control; forecast revenue and expenses.
• Lead recruitment strategies and on-board new customers; negotiate terms.
