Job summary

The Adecco Group in the United States is seeking a Branch Manager who will lead sales, recruiting, and branch operations to grow revenue and client base. You will develop business plans, manage P&L, and coach a team to deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates.

Responsibilities include growing accounts, ensuring SLA adherence, conducting regular business reviews, and maintaining strong relationships with HR and operations partners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience with direct sales.
• Two years of direct sales experience with proven track record.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, establish plans to win new clients, and improve fill rates and time-to-fill.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met; conduct monthly/quarterly business reviews.
• Lead branch P&L, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and process improvements.
• Manage day-to-day staff performance, coach recruiters, and ensure KPI targets are met.
• On-board new customers, manage credit references, and supervise pay/bill rates.
• Foster teamwork with HR, Operations, and client contacts to deliver top service.
