Job summary

The Adecco Group in the United States is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a high-performing team, grow client accounts, and manage the branch P&L while delivering top-notch service to candidates and clients.

You will recruit, train, coach, and develop staff, establish plans to grow accounts, set pay and bill rates, and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and service quality. This role offers broad cross-functional collaboration and significant impact.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally with staff and management.
• Experience in sales or service-oriented leadership roles.
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws and branch operations.
• Proven track record of managing budgets and KPI targets.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain client accounts and develop new business opportunities.
• Lead day-to-day branch operations, coaching recruiters and staff.
• Manage branch P&L, budgets, and forecast revenue/expenses.
• Set pay and bill rates, monitor KPIs and SLA compliance.
• Onboard new customers, review performance, and maintain client relationships.
